Poor Customer Service
After paying for a second hand motorcycle in full, and being given a delivery date, only to have it cancelled twice and then been told it had more faults on it, I cancelled the order. I have been waiting 5 days for a refund, they don't answer any emails to confirm a refund is being processed, but give excuses like "the money is not in our account yet" although the payment had been made 11 days ago.
Excellent customer experience
Booked a CBT course and after a couple of phone calls to arrange a suitable date. I mentioned that I was interested in purchasing my first bike. I was invited to have a look around, what impressed me was the no pressure sales. The staff listened to what i mentioned in terms of budget and the type of bike I was interested in. I would recommend this store to anyone based on the excellent customer care and friendly atmosphere.
