    My second purchase from ROCKAR and another stress free transaction. Highly recommended. If you’re fed up or disenchanted with the traditional showroom purchase then try ROCKAR. No hard sales, no pressure, no stress and the new car is delivered to your door with a full tank of fuel. Their part exchange prices are excellent, their car prices and finance charges low. What’s not to like.

    Generally good, but...

    Very pleased with the car and the package, but just some fairly minor gripes, but which tarnished an otherwise decent experience: -Car was being collected by my husband on my behalf, and there were mixed messages around if that was possible or not (told it was, then it wasn’t [after had then booked flight over and ferry back to Ireland in his name], then it was...!) -Apparently an overnight system refresh wiped all of our previously signed uploaded documents, so had to re-load. Not so much as a “sorry” for the inconvenience of this -No clear communication as to where to collect the car. Had assumed it would be somewhere around their showroom at Stratford (as their address online shows for Rockar), only for someone to advise me (when I was there) that it was at an industrial estate a 10-minute drive away. Would have been nice to have been clearly advised of this basic piece of information in advance -Final point is also to do with communication: had someone call me the day before coll…
