    Poor customer service, tried to view a used RRS today, waited 20 mins and decided then decided I’ll take my business elsewhere, salesman stood round chatting with each other rather than trying to deal with a genuine enquiry.

    I have just had my Evoque HSE in at Marshalls for a intermitant software fault on the infotainment system to be rectified. The servie department did a sterling job and i am very gratefull for the curtousey car and thetop rate customer service. A big shout out to all the engineers and especially James. Thanks again
