Amazing Customer Service
Car Store Leicester have been amazing in my purchase of a Landrover Discovery, Both Ella and Sachin are a credit to the carstore and many main dealers and longer time served car sales people should go to them to learn about customer service. My search for the right car led me to over 25 vehicle viewings and NON came anywhere close to the service i received from them both. The intro video walk round from Ella was great, then a 2nd video walk round once price had been lowered and MOT had been done. Great personal service and will be back in the future and have already recommended to friends and colleagues
Avoid buying car from this place!!
AVOID buying any car from this place!! I bought a BMW 330i from Car Store Leicester. After leaving the dealership with the car the ENGINE LIGHT came on 30 minutes on to my journey. The car struggled to accelerate and stalled every time I stop at a traffic light. I had to pull in to a service station on the motorway as the car was unable to drive. When I called them up and told the problem they didn't provide me with any roadside recovery and did not help me at all. The staff is unprofessional and kept transferring me to different people. At the end I was stuck with a broken down car with engine problems that I just picked up from the dealership. Had to figure out everything myself, it was a really big hassle and stress. When I bought the car they said apparently car has "128 point AA inspection" which I believe it's a lie. They also said it comes with 12 months AA breakdown cover but they did not sent any recovery when I informed them. I will be taking back the car to them for refund.

Very Unprofessional service from a Manager
Hello , thought I'll share my experience here for Leicester branch, Went to get Lexus ct200h (FV64 EYD) But spotted little water at the back of the car very close to hybrid battery. So asked manager ( Hitesh ) if he could clerify if it's some sort of leakage from out side and it's not good next to the battery special you are driving electric car. But he's reaction was that I'm making a big deal like it's a puddle of water. Very unprofessional Manager I've ever seen. Didt give me any confidence buying car from there as if his behaviour is like this before I even bought a car then , How can you expect service after you bought a car. Manager like him actually spoils the reputation of the company. Didt buy car and will never buy from them !
Professional service -frustrating road test policy
Having seen the existing reviews and requested a Move me Closer for a used Audi A3 I was interested in I approached the appointment with a little concern but was pleasantly surprised with the professional service provided by Cameron who handled all my questions and provided relevant information on the car as well as offering me a very fair part exchange price. Unfortunately he was held back by being unable to allow me more than a short test drive two miles down the road and back again. As the main reason for requesting the car being moved was to test drive it over the roads I drive on a regular basis - including road humps outside schools near my home - in a car with stiffer suspension than my own car this meant I was not prepared to buy after such limited time in it. Despite an appeal to the Sales Manager for a longer test drive this was not possible ' for insurance reasons'. I then bought a similar car next day after a 45 min test rive over all road types. Their policy cost a sale.
