A pleasure to do business.
It was a very easy and pleasant experience, to buy exactly the car I wanted, at a price I could afford. The salesman was helpful and pleasant, without the least bit of pressure. I now have an immaculate, second-hand Nissan Juke, with which I am thoroughly delighted.
Grossly expensive repairs
My 89 year old grandads car needed a new clutch, Peugeot 108. I went in to the showroom and was told it would be £550 for a new clutch and up to a maximum of £850 for this and a new flywheel. The bill came to £819 and this was just for a new clutch. My grandad was confused about such a high bill so I asked for an explanation and was told the estimate I was given did not include fitting the new clutch in. When on earth do you ask for an estimate that doesn't include fitting the new part. I would avoid having any servicing or repairs at this main dealer. I knew it would be expensive but this was shockingly high for a part that cost £160.
Purchase of a car
I called then wanting to buy a car. The person I spoke to was very helpful and before I got there the next day as arranged on the phone, they had already planned everything for me thereby making the process very easy for me. They were very professional, helpful, easily approachable with smiles . My sales man was intelligent and he was very good
