Farnell Jaguar Bolton were great because the salesperson Nick went above and beyond to answer all my questions and to put my mind at rest about buying a car i had not seen in person or test drove. I was kept up to date regularly with videos and information about the car i was buying. The whole process was refreshing compared to previous experience with other car dealerships. Any question asked was promptly answered, any requests were actioned. I cannot reccomend the service highly enough, i would definitely have no poroblems recommending this dealership to friends and family. When the time eventually comes to upgrade the car again, i will be checking this dealership first to see if they have another car that fits my needs perfectly.

My experience at Farnell Jaguar Bolton could have been better because the car was delivered with an update outstanding which I now have to wait 3 weeks to be applied locally. This means that some of the features are not working. Also there are two scratches in the boot and one on the bonnet which I was not told about and could easily have been corrected.
