    I was very happy with their before sale customer service. They listened to my needs and tried to find a car to fit. I was a customer of a sales manager. After I had agreed upon a car and signed (with a good deal) I was passed to a different person who didn't listen to me. When I spoke on the phone to him later I wasn't happy with his customer service. I explained this to the manager who agreed to deal with me himself. I had been told the car came with a tom tom - but it was locked in the cupboard and no one had a key that was still in work (it was after 5pm so it was possible). I was told I would have it in 48hours or so. I bought the car in October 2018. After numerous phone calls and me eventually getting very stroppy I received my satnav on 28th Feb 2019 - It was not a tom tom! At point of sale I was told it was a tom tom and I explained how pleased about that I was as my mum's sat nav (Seat's own platform on a garmin) was rubbish - not user friendly and frankly not suitable for t…
