    Excellent Service

    Had an excellent experience from beginning to end with VFM when purchasing our latest Ford Galaxy back in October. Honest and very professional service throughout and not once did we feel pressured to purchase. On collection the car was presented as was promised and nearly three months later we are still thrilled with our purchase and service experience. 100% recommend VFM and will certainly start here when looking for our next purchase.     Great Buying Experience

    Bought a Mini Cooper S from VFM today. The sales person was great to deal with and the whole transaction was done smoothly and quickly. VFM is located along some great stretches of raod, so ideal for a test drive along twisties.

    Superb customer service

    Has that lovely down-to-earth, honest, independent garage feeling, seems like they put 110% into the cars and a lot of extras (MOT, service etc) were all included in the price I paid. I was able to view and test drive without any pressure or hassle to buy, on a time and day that suited me. Dealt with Simon - very pleasant guy who was more than happy to help us through the process as I am a first time (used) car buyer. More than happy to support independent/smaller businesses especially during this pandemic. One very happy customer!
