    I love my car

    I have been buying cars at JCB Honda now for a 8 years the after care is great, the team are fantastic and the salesman I purchased through, made the process easy for me. I was able to find the right car with professional advice through out. I love my car ... thanks guys x

    Poor Experience

    Visited the site today, looked at a non Honda, very interested in the vehicle, it was raining !, staff showed no interest in coming out, tried to find the vehicle tonight on the website, very poor website

    Save yourself - go elsehere.

    Bad Experience with this dealership - wife traveled 90 mins to see a car and put a deposit on it. After a bit of thought she changed her mind. Dealer claimed deposit couldn't be refunded due to work being carried out on the car, a complete lie as nothing was done. Had a long backwards and forwards with the company and quite frankly i'm amazed at the attitude - clearly times are hard and £500 is a matter of life and death to them. Also amazed at the number of times i was told about their legal rights. To be honest we took a hit of £500 and went to Sytner instead who have been nothing short of amazing. There is a lot these guys could learn in terms of customer service, honesty and bit of common decency. Glad we didn't purchase - this lot are the old school of motor dealer - the kind that pretends not to recognise you when you have handed over your money. Save yourself a lot of aggro.

    very unsatisfactory and dissapointing

    When I purchased the car the multi point check list showed a full service history,a full service history does not exist for this vehicle. when asking for an explanation it was explained as human error. three invoices have been raised for the vehicle all incorrect,the dealership have refused to issue another one as the mistake on the mileage is within 1000 miles.The dealership has now ceased communication with me and have not answered my question as to whether they will honour the guarantee that I purchased with the car.I hope my experience will be of guidance to anyone thinking of using this dealership.

    Paul was very helpful and showed us round the vehicle carefully and thoroughly. It was not quite what we wanted but we feel confident that they will find the right vehicle for us. Thank you
