Buying a new car :(
The Guy was really nice, but there are when selling a car. I've had my Car 7 weeks now. To have a courtesy call to ask how I'm getting on with my new car would be nice, but nothing. I'm actually still waiting for my Receipt, I have contacted the dealer, he said he will E-Mail it to me, but still nothing.

As part of our service, we make a courtesy call halfway through the extended 6 month warranty we provide as standard on our cars. We always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy, able to contact us, and feel comfortable doing so should the need arise. As we haven't heard from you I presume that you are happy with the car. We did provide a receipt at point of collection so I'm not quite sure what else you were looking to receive, but please feel free to contact me to clarify the position and I'll look to resolve it for you.

My experience of looking at a vehicle offered by Desirable Cars was a positive one. By this I mean that the quality and condition of the vehicle I went to view was as described. I found the Proprietor Nick to be helpful in discussing the history of the vehicle and offered what I assessed to be genuine unbiased advice relating to other possible vehicles I was considering irrespective that Desirable Cars were not offering these as part of their sales stock. I was very happy of the way that Nick was receptive to discussing a sale and as a result, I did proceed and purchase a vehicle from Desirable Cars. I am happy to say that I am pleased with my purchase and the customer service I received from Nick.
