They charge much more than the actual price shown
Horrible experience,, very bad customer service, rude staff. The price shown on the website was not actual price ,when i went their to buy a car they told me so many extra hidden prices in the list to pay for the car. Such a waste of time.
Polite but hopeless
I’ve shown interest a 15 k car that has been there for weeks and needs a repair, but they just aren’t interested . They’ve taken my details twice, and said they’ll get back with an estimated repair completion date and info on service history ( not mentioned in advert). Heard nothing.Why advertise a car you don’t want to sell?
terrible customer service.
St Alban branch has terrible customer service, was asked to pay first before car gets fixed as it had few issues. No log book or anything with just 2 years old car. called them 7 times during the day and every time was told someone will call back & even manager refused to speak to me. Then called their complain department and finally got through to someone at the branch and he hasn't even reported that issue to be fixed or after 24 hours doesn't have PartExchange value confirmed by his manager.

went in with son to try out space in back of car to see if he would be comfortable.Salesman came over and after a brief chat with no nonscence of reading off a script like some other Vauxhall dealers agreed a deal in principle and paid holding deposit subject to test drive fast forward 4 days after agreeing a few options took delivery of my delivery mileage viva and cash back from my old car and went home a happy chappy.Thanx ''r'' for not blinding me with bull.Was a pleasure to do business with you
Incorrectly advertised price.
I called to place a deposit on an Audi reported at £2160 however, it was in fact £12k. I wasted 15 minutes providing my details and then they confirmed the price of the vehicle.
