Bad experience with Hemel Hempstead Mercedes!
Very bad experience with Mercedes Hemel Hempstead. I went on 13 December 2019 to do my service B. After the service, I have realized that reversing parking camera is not working anymore. I contact Carl James the Manager as well as customers service but they did not help me at all. This is a place to avoid in the future. I do not recommend!!!
AMAZING SERVICE! 10/10
I just bought a C Class 220d Coupé from Mercedes-Benz Hemel Hempstead and it was a perfect experience. I dealt with a lovely gentleman. Couldn't be more happy with the customer service I received from him. He spent the time with me, had all the knowledge about the vehicles, showed me examples, took me for a test drive and was extremely compensating. Very respectful man and no edging me on to purchase the vehicle or any use of sale tactics. (Mercedes pretty much sell themselves anyway). I would highly recommend anybody looking to buy a pre-approved Mercedes to pop into the Hemel branch as all the staff in there were welcoming and had smiles on their faces. 5/5 Experience and would 100% do business with the same gentleman again, will be recommending all my friends and family.
Excellent customer service by the sales executive
Based in West Midlands we visited Mercedes Hemel Hempstead 100 miles away to view a car we had seen from their website. We completed a deal on a Mercedes CLS via one of the sales executives, Mr Arkadiusz Kubok, called him Ark. We really appreciated his professionalism and honesty when purchasing a car with this dealership. He was not your typical pushy salesperson wanting to just make a sale. In fact we reluctantly weren't able to secure a deal with this particular vehicle due to the high road tax bracket, but he immediately sourced a better deal for us through his Mercedes network. He even went out of his way and delivered the car to our home on his day off. Just shows his commitment to customers, and we can't thank him enough. On the downside it was a pity the manger Paul backed away from the discount he initially offered us, but because of the service we had from Ark it did not stop us from purchasing from him.Thank you
