Dent insurance has proved a waste of money.
I bought an XC90 from Marshalls and had to get Volvo involved when it developed issues. The dealership was very unresponsive but did do the work when pressed by Volvo . I also bought "dent Insurance" which, when I tried to claim proved to be a poor investment. They did everything they could to avoid doing the work and ignore emails. A waste of money.
Used V40 purchase
Recently purchased a nearly new V40 and was very pleased with the responsiveness of the sales person and how helpful they were. The car was keenly priced (certainly as far as my research indicated) yet was delivered 400 miles at no cost. Queries arising both pre and post sale were answered quickly and efficiently and I’d certainly be considering this dealer for further purchases despite the distance involved.
My new Car
I have recently purchased a nearly new Volvo from Bishop’s Stortford Volvo Dealerships. I saw the car online and ideally wanted the Inscription version however Charlie looked after us and we purchased the R Design which I like very much. Charlie also got back to me within minutes after I asked some questions reference MPG figures and specifications. We will be using Volvo for our cars maintenance and I will use Charlie again if I purchased another Volvo. Overall a great experience and everyone who I spoke with there make myself and Partner feel welcomed.
