Have just taken ownership of a year old Focus and couldn’t be more pleased, the service we received at Allen Ford Romford was excellent, our Sales Executive and the rest of the Sales team were great, really friendly and informative all the way through the process. Would definitely buy from this dealership again.

Utterly useless! the communications from both the service centre and the body shop are awful! can't book in a service with them for a minimun of 6 weeks because "we have staff on training and the rest of the mechanics quit". I placed a deposit of £700 for parts and they kept my money for 5 weeks before i called them only to find out the parts had already arrived and they just hadn't bothered to call me. Genuinely the Service Centre and Body Shop combined add up to the worst ever customer service experience I've had from any brand. You guys are the reason i'm trading my Ford in and off to buy anything without a Ford badge on it - will never buy Ford again.
