Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Not trustable. Make sure you have everything ready and if possible by email or text messages. There is the need to chase them in order to follow up the selling process status. I expected much more from a Nissan dealer.

My sales person (HW), is an excellent salesperson. Could not have hrlped anymore, and nothing was too much trouble.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. A wonderfully straight forward purchase without all the hassle often associated with purchasing cars. Also, very happy with our new car.
