Hope your car New doesn’t break. Warranty is bad
My new golf GTi developed a crack in the sunroof surround. The car is less than 1yr old and there was no reason why this crack should have occurred. I took it to Peter Cooper expecting a simple warranty repair. Unfortunately not the case. They put the cause of the crack on me, despit no other evidence of damage around the crack. After much discussion and appealing, even VW UK. They would not change there view. Even after I showed that this fault was common, by sharing a VW forum where exactly the same crack occurred on several vehicles (which were repaired under warranty). Terrible service, only interested in selling cars and taking your money.
Great service. Visited Peter Cooper Portsmouth not really knowing what I wanted, but they found me my new car with minimal stress. A happy customer!
I bought a Tiguan Allspace here and the service was second to none! The whole process was very smooth, they weren’t too pushy, had all the information I needed and the communication was great! When I collected the car, it was ready and waiting with a reveal cover in the showroom which really added to the experience! Highly recommended and will be back for another car in a couple of years!
Incompetent and untrustworthy
Not to be trusted. Tried to sell me a car and deliberately hid faults in the vehicle.
