Excellent service and top quality car
Bought a BMW 320 recently off this dealership and i cant praise them enough for their efforts. The salesman was very helpful and left us to view the car in peace. We were not pressured at all and were made to feel very welcome by the salesman. He helped us greatly and told us every little thing about the car. The car was just as described in the ad, if not better! Thank you for your efforts and will definitely be recommending them to others.
No pressure, genuine guys
My experience with this dealer was very pleasant, the dealer really went out of his way for me and made me feel very comfortable. No pushy sales talk, very genuine and honest guys. I would highly recommend.
We bought a good car. But advise to take caution.
Bought a Vauxhall Agila from Hampshire Motor House. Did an HPI Check and also looked at the MOT history before viewing the car which revealed, there was still oustanding finance on the car and that the brake pads and discs were on the advisorys. Was assured the finance had been paid and advisorys had been fixed. Had to call the finance company myself to remove the finance marker, before we bought the car. The day we picked up the car we were assured the car had been serviced as well as re MOT'd. We drove the car away and were happy until we realised the brake pads and discs hadn't been done. Also no stamp in the service book. Since buying the car we negotiated with Hampshire Motor House to pay for the brake pads to be replaced. Which they have done. However we had a mechanic service the car since and he confirmed that no previous service completed on the car, as the oil filter was rusty and air filter was dirty. Overall car was in good condition with low mileage for the price.
