Fantastic customer service.
I’ve been take my car here for the past 2 years and the service I received have been second to none everytime. The staff there were s great, they go above and beyond to insure that you and your vehicle is look after in the best possible way. I will continue to use Harewood’s JLR Basingstoke and happy recommend to my FA and friends.
Truely Brilliant Experience
Decided to buy a Range Rover after months of deciding and chose to use Harwoods of Basingstoke. I can honestly say walking into the showroom was a completely delightful experience. I was greeted at the reception desk and offered a seat with refreshments while I waited for a salesman. The salesman delivered a brilliant experience, he was very attentive, knowledgable and helpful all the way through. A truely great experience and very impressed with my purchase. I would definitely recommend using the salesman and Harwoods of Basingstoke. Thank you.
After sales service
The service overall has been disappointing. I expected more given the value of the car. I was advised to call the AA to verify the fault on a car I bought less than 6 months ago. It had to go back to the garage thereafter & they had no record of my appointment so the car provisioned for me to borrow wasn't available. I just didn't get the warm feeling I have experienced at Audi & Mercedes both in Basingstoke. And I can't believe the issues are caused by yet another s/w update, funny this don't form part of the sales blurb. They could do better, much better in my opinion & if I were to purchase another vehicle it wouldn't be through them I'm afraid.
