I had an excellent experience at Vauxhall Wigan. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, lots of help when choosing my new car. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a shame there is no choice to rate zero stars ! I purchased a car from here on the 22nd of September and picked it up on the 25th of September and by the 12th of October there was a fault coming up on the dash board and the car juddering really badly ! I went straight back to Vauxhall and explained what was happening and how the car didn’t feel safe .... they said there systems was down but they would give me a call as soon as the system was up and running and get the car booked in . By Monday the 15th of October I hadn’t had a call back so after 15 minutes on the phone with no luck of getting threw to anyone I decided to go back into the showroom ! The system seemed to be up and running and no apology as to why I hadn’t been contacted to resolve the issue with the car ! Apparently the next available date to sort the issue with the car was the 6th of November which I wasn’t happy about however because the fault kept coming and going I didn’t feel it was a massive issue I would jus
