    I phoned regarding a car for sale and spoke to someone who was able to tell me the details of the car, I was then put through to a sales executive who spoke at length about the cars condition, as I was travelling a long way by train I was able to pay a deposit to secure the car which would be refunded if I didn't take as I had not seen the car, I was picked up at the train station taken to view the car and test drive it, my experience was a good one due to the professionalism of the staff.

    Very poor. On 4 occasions I was unable to reach them by phone, the central call centre left 3 messages and only 1 was ever returned, all before ever physically making it on site. When the day finally came to test drive, I was contacted in the morning to push for an earlier test drive as they would shut early for a football match being held next door. The sales person on the phone wasn't particularly polite. When I arrived at an earlier time, the car pre booked for test drive had be let out to another client and it was explained the sales person had wrongfully stated it was available. All in all, I will not be buying from this dealership. 3 seperate sales people from this dealership demobstrated poor customer sales and little was offered by way of apology for their major ongoing time wastage. A complete waste of my time that has taken several days and an hour of my time. Very poor representation for what was thought to be a pretty organised company. Not a good thing to say about it.

    Let’s start from the beginning made enquiry about C63 Mercedes Manchester Central spoke to gentleman call asked him about the car and I was very pacific asking any damage to the car wheels bodywork condition etc he told me the car is in the showroom in front of him and in very good condition he made the video and sent it to me explaining he noticed something on the bodywork which is minor can be sorted out however in the video he showed and explained wheels are in excellent condition no damage because where I live and Manchester is quite far from me we did the deal over the phone however in the last I spoke to my wife we decided we’re going to go and see the car I told him will be coming tomorrow to look at the car I felt over the phone he was in shock was not expecting that but he said okay after four hours drive we got there straightaway he come up to me I’m sorry but there is some minor damage on the wheel as well I said okay no problem can I see the car please brough
