    We've had numerous cars over many years and can honestly say that Citroen Bolton and the ENTIRE salesteam are the BEST Around. No question was too big or daft (in my case), and they couldn't do enough to help! We love our DS3 and will be back again & again! DO NOT CHANGE!!!

  • AVOID!! Incompetent service dept.

    Shocking service department. Incompetent. Poor communication. No customer service. Don't care about the customer, or diagnosing vehicle faults. Perhaps that's as they are incapable! Their answer, when the fault occurs, arrange for a flat bed recovery truck to tow it to the garage at your cost, as they say there are no error codes, yet an independent garage can find the codes but they won't accept them as they didn't find them! Excellent customer service, time wasted while vans sat in the garage, lost earnings and I'll look forward to paying for it to be towed and another two days in a garage and wait for a part... a part that's covered by Nader warranty but they clearly don't want to replace. AVOID!!

    Hi Annette, I'm saddened to read your review. I understand and trust that David our Aftersales Manager has since been in touch with you and is working hard to resolve the issues with the van. Unfortunately on your original visit the fault was not showing, because of this our diagnostic equipment was unable to detect any defected parts or software. Whilst I completely understand how frustrating this would have been especially considering that this is a works vehicle, our hands are tied when it comes to repair, as Citroen will only authorise repairs for faults showing at the time. Apologies again for the original mix and delay.
