  • A great place to buy a car, non pushy, hassle free

    I bought a car through Autos Direct 3 months ago for my son. Richard was helpful and not at all pushy. He let me take the car away and get it checked over by my local garage before purchase. He was happy to sort the couple of issues found by our mechanic. We did have a minor issue after two months with an injector. Richard was great, he arranged to have the car taken away and repaired. We are very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Autos Direct.

  • Would not recommend buying from this dealer

    I would recommend not to buy from this dealer, I was sold a car with wrong information given , and then when noticed a knocking sound from engine and asked them to investigate as it had a three month warranty , eventually said after dropping my car back to them on a Saturday and not heard from them until Wednesday that they could not find anything wrong , when clearly there is !! , after sales shocking take your money then don’t want to know it seems

    We have never sold a car to someone called Ellie E. Our accounts have checked through 6 months invoices and not 1 invoice has this name on it. This is a fact but makes it very hard for us to respond directly to this full stop.

  • A hard task made easy!

    The job of changing your car is mostly subjective but in our case it was 'needs must'. After looking through Auto Trader based on a budget figure rather than a specific car, went to Autos Direct being a local independent company. Had a pick of some nice cars on show before spotting the low mileage, lovely condition Citroen C4 Coupe and taking it for a test drive. A couple of hours later the deal was done - no fuss and no hassle. Delighted with the car which really is as good as it looked. Thanks to the team at Autos Direct who clearly value their customers and other dealers would do well to take a leaf out of their book.

  • Great, Honest Car Sales!

    Went to view a car here on Saturday morning -very friendly and no hard sales. Was left to look around the car with my mechanic friend, and he confirmed the car was in great shape with some minor issues. Sales guy was honest about some things confirmed by my friend. No hard sell and car was priced fairly. Will recommend these to my friends looking for a new car. Try these first rather than the big car supermarkets!

  • After Sales is lacking

    I dealt with one of the owners for my car purchase, and he made things easy, even opening on a Sunday for me to drive and buy the car. The car was as described, there were a couple of bits to rectify before I collected it, 2 of 3 were sorted in time. The 3rd thing to sort were headrests which were going to be posted out afterwards. Communication from purchase to collection was not an issue by text, however once collected this went silent. I sent links to headrests found on eBay, and followed up the link, no response. 6 weeks have passed and I have gone ahead and bought a set of eBay which I sent the link to. After Sales is all that is lacking, following through with what was agreed. No issues buying a car, only afterwards with something this minor which is a shame.
