    Recently bought my Landover Freelander from John at sr motors after leaving premises discovered there was no Bluetooth fitted as stated in add contacted John and new Bluetooth onway first time customer and up until now certainly would return in future thanks John

  • Not accepting problems in one month

    I bought a golf from SR motors in 2019. In one month, ı started to hear a strange noise from the engine while starting the engine . I brought the car To SR motors to check and they Said there is nothing. After 9 months , I brought the car To the car service and they Said this noise was critical and they should change some parts. RAC paid £1000 and ı paid additional £950 for this repair. Evenif I found out that problem in one month, they did not want to deal with the problem properly because they should accept all expenses and solve all problems determine in one month according to aggreement. Therefore they chose not to see the problem.

    Hi Yeliz, I can recall the Golf that you Purchased from us in January this Year and that we carried out an MOT and Service on the car before you collected it and any Faults that were present at the time were rectified, plus you were given an RAC Warranty to cover you for any Mechanical Defects and Breakdown Cover for the Year. We at no point Sold you a defective car or refused to rectify a fault at the time you are stating, and it is very strange that all of a sudden 10 Months later you feel it is necessary to try and put the blame onto us especially when your RAC Warranty covered whatever fault was now present, or is it because the Claim Limit was for a £1000 and you had to pay £950. I have to stress that trying to make us out as the Bad Dealer is very cruel considering you have had 10 Months of what i can assume trouble Free Motoring up until now.

    Bought a car from John at SR Motors a couple of weeks ago. Very helpful and the repairs required were carried out as promised. Ready for uplift when he said and the car was clean inside and out.pleasure to do business with.

    I had a really good experience dealing with SR Motors. I purchased a 2012 Fiat Panda 4x4 off them recently, I hadn't seen the car except on this site and their website, so it was a bit of a risk, but I was reassured by the conpetence and manner of their sales manager. The car was serviced and MOT'd after we'd agreed the sale and the garage owner himself drove it 230 miles to deliver it. The car had been well looked after, cleaned and serviced and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

    Great selection of cars and John the manager was great to deal with . Friendly, knowledgeable ,open and honest made for a very easy and straightforward purchase and transaction. Proper good old fashioned customer service ! Can’t recommend SR motors highly enough and it will be my first stop for all future car purchases.
