    A very disappointing experience right from the moment i placed my deposit on the car, which wasn't taken off the bill and hasn't yet been refunded, to the moment i was presented with my keys and pointed in the general direction of the car. If I could have put zero stars that would have been closer to the truth for your review. I could expand further but this is not the forum to do so. I will be interested to see if this is followed up from your head office but given my experience i would be genuinely surprised if this happened

  • Communication has been very poor

    Communication has been very poor. I know things are difficult due to C-19 but I made loads of allowances and still feel let down. I chose Robins and Day because I liked the specific used car they had in stock. I allowed them to give me a much lower trade in than even their own website suggested in order to try and make things easy all round and secure the car I wanted but dealing with Robins and Day has been frustrating, awaiting return calls or emails (over 2 weeks into ownership of new car, still awaiting call to ask how things are with the new car and haven't heard a peep from the upholstery repairers they were supposed to instruct). Now found out that I'm still paying finance payments for my trade in as they haven't paid off my old finance company despite having all the info required both electronically and hard copies. Also found it a bit strange that I had to complete the process to buy my new car and release my trade in before I could even view my new one. What if I had loo…

  • Relaxed experience in buying a used car

    Sales representative was excellent and not pushy. He was very knowledgeable on the actually car I was looking at as well, answering all my queries. My only gripe is that I was told on the test drive that a warning light that came on regarding the tyre pressure monitoring system would be sorted out before I picked the car up and that the car had been serviced a week before and all fluids topped up. The day I drove the car away the ad blue sign came up saying it had less than 1500 miles before it required topped up, it should be up to 7,000 or 10,000 from when it was topped up. These things were sorted but did require me to return the car two days after picking it up to get “repaired”

    Sales - Friendly and helpful Sales staff; clarified any queries I had, and made me an offer I accepted. Major delay in delivery, but this was due to the Covid Lockdown, so the showrooms hands were tied. Now just waiting for confirmation of revised delivery date
