Wholly unsatisfactory service from start to finish
I sent my wife's Citroen to Parks for replacement of a damaged fuse box at the beginning of July 19. Process took 2 weeks to complete. Lack of available spares from manufacturer played a significant part; I accept that this issue was not Parks' fault however the following failures were: 1.Repeated failure to provide progress updates when requested; when finally provided, these mainly consisted of inaccurate delivery/repair forecasts. 2. Inaccurate transcription of fault diagnosis onto job card - took several days to resolve due to issue 1 above. 3. Additional issue (punctured tyre caused by nail in tyre) not addressed despite assurances to the contrary; necessitated visit to Kwik-fit on day following car's return from Park's. These issues are indicative of woefully inadequate administration which fails to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. As a result, I will never do business with this organisation again.
