Poor customer service
Went in today to see about the nice XF they had on the forecourt. Despite seeing 2 sales guys playing on there phones where the new cars are they were too busy to let me see the XF. Too busy for a sale? Also took ages for someone to come and talk to us, counter unmanned.
Hassle free no pressure, great service.
Hannah and Gary were very helpful with info before I came up view the car. On arrival Gary let me look the car over and take it for a spin, never felt pressured into buying, a hassle free service and I'm very happy with the car
Very poor, v aggressive customer service
Initially seemed to be helpful but I put a move me closer deposit down on a car and the garage sold it from under me despite the MMC deposit being accepted. Head office customer service v poor, also v aggressive despite them being in the wrong. Avoid.
Excellent service, relaxed atmosphere
Easy to deal with from start to finish. They arranged everything around my work commitments and collection was at a time that I could manage. Thanks to all the team at Glasgow Ford Store.
