  • Definitely goto garage for your next car.

Needed to upgrade the car and saw one at cars4you , booked the test drive and was surprised to see the huge collection they had. The staff was very helpful and polite as ended up test driving 3 cars which made it harder for me to chose. Again, the staff helped me decide by talking about my requirements and what car can save me money by telling me about insurance group, road tax and other factors. So pleased with the service and the car I bought.

Bought Skoda Fabia after visiting their website, the car was delivered to Manchester at a very fair price. The car was exactly what they have shown in pictures and description on the website. The free 6 months warranty is excellent. Called couple of times as needed some guidance and customer service was top notch.

  • Absolutely appalling service

Within 1 week of buying a car: Two front tyres were on the limit and cost me £144 to replace. Constant squealing from back wheels turned out to be be the wear indicators on the brake pads. Discs were also very worn. This cost me £320. Rain water leaking in from top of windscreen. Turns out it's a new windscreen but it hasn't been fitted properly and is sticking out of the frame in the top corner, has to be completely removed then fitted properly. This is costing £80. Engine oil looked very unhealthy, watery and grey. Oil & filter change cost £60. Car also has an small oil leak, this has still to be traced. Rear wiper arm is missing, I'm currently struggling to find a proper replacement. Boot handle is seized and boot can't be used without a struggle. Car also has issues with ABS, with various dashboard warning lights. Have currently spent £580 making the car useable and still have more to do. Worst buying experience ever.
