Hassle Free Experience
Bought a Ford Focus completely hassle free. Great, accommodating customer service with no issues whatsoever. Would happily return again.
Excellent service and a superb car. From the first phone call, very easy transaction. Was offered to drive the car not only when I went to view but also when I went to collect it just to make sure. Had a long way to travel to collect but was met at the station and driven out to the garage. Low mileage Corsa exactly as described and so far has been excellent. Would recommend Baxter and Young.
Poor Customer Service
Very poor customer service all round, from the first phone contact until not showing up for an agreed viewing after I traveled a long way. Car faults not mentioned at anytime prior to visit.

Customer arrived without an appointment and being a small company no staff were on site, we apologised for the misunderstanding but the customer was upset, and left a bad review despite not coming within 20 yards of the car!
