    Difficult times made easier

    With all the restrictions it hasn’t been an easy time to change your car but having once found the perfect one for me I didn’t want to lose it. Everyone was absolutely brilliant, explained everything but not at all pushy, it was a pleasure to do business with them. I was very impressed that they dealt with all the paperwork even organising the retention of my personal number plate. First class service, they are even delivering this week as I’m not allowed out for such luxury reasons! Thank you to all the Bluauto team.

    Superlative Dealer !

    Superlative ! In EVERY respect, Bluauto is by far the best car dealership I've come across in over 50 years of motoring. Honest, straightforward, neither obsequious nor 'pushy', they are a real pleasure to deal with. Offering 'over and above' service' on any vehicle bought (e.g.free next service and new MOT) and with an immaculately kept premises, they are clearly determined to build and maintain a sound and well-deserved reputation for excellence. I was able to conduct a purchase from nearly 300 miles away, with complete confidence. I first found them on an RAC website. That was a good start. My car, when delivered, turned out to be exactly as described, video'd and photographed and I could not be more delighted. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to make contact with them when looking for a vehicle to purchase.

    Excellent dealership

    I bought a VW Transporter from BluAuto. Living over 2 and a half hours away I was worried that it could be a long and wasted journey. It wasn’t. The staff were friendly and professional, the van was exactly as described on the website. It was extremely clean. The paperwork was straight forward and BlueAuto stayed in regular contact right up until when the van was delivered. The van was fully serviced before delivery which was all included and gave us extra peace of mind. All in all a very positive experience.
