    The experience at Chandlers BMW Hailsham was great because John went over and beyond the call of duty. I was due to pick up my vehicle on Tuesday morning the day lockdown was announced. John called me very early on Tuesday morning to confirm the dealership would be opened and the team would wait for me to come in and pick up the vehicle. On getting to the dealership after a 2 hour journey , the vehicle and all documentation was ready for me. I am happy with the service provided by the John and the Halisham dealership team

    My experience at Chandlers BMW Hailsham could have been better because even though I had explained my unforeseen hardship due to the rapidly changing situation of the current pandemic they were extremely unsympathetic and refused to give my deposit back even though it was within 14 days of agreement and I had not even taken delivery of the vehicle. Even though the sales person had stated the vehicle had previously had a service prior to them acquiring the vehicle and literaly just needed a clean to be prepared for the sale I am now left £1000 out of pocket. Once we are on the other side of this global health threat I will be taking my business else where as I will still be in the market for a new car when this happens, I wont be dealing with a company that I quit frankly feel robbed me of my hard earned money.
