  • Paperwork rather a minefield

    Paperwork rather a minefield. Looked for MOT date without success. Telephoned Birchwood, but incorrect Registration Number on the Service Plan Schedule caused initial confusion. My query was sorted out, but could have been made clear on the paperwork. I am assuming that the extra covers I have taken out for Alloy Wheel Protect, Guarantee Asset Protection and Minor Damage Insurance Plus do not have actual end dates i.e. I have paid a one-off premium and there is no renewal premium. This is not clear in the paperwork and I realise I should have queried this with the Sales Person at the time of purchase but didn’t have time to read all the small print. Also I felt a little overwhelmed. Under “What is not Insured” on the Alloy Wheel Protection document, the second item has been duplicated further down the list. Is there another item which has not been flagged and which I should know about?

    Not very good at getting back to me after the car sale over a mark on the paint work that I told them about on the day after travelling a long way and a overnight stay to do the deal so no no not being happy with them and this was a car with less than a 100 miles on
