    I bought a 14 year old Vauxhall Agila from DMC and I must say, although it was a budget vehicle, I was treated with a lot of dignity and respect by the sales executive. Great purchase and buying experience for me.

    I purchased a used Hyundai I20 from Dudley Motor Company and service was second to none, couple of scrapes on rear drivers side which was all sorted upon collection. There was no hard sell and made us feel very welcome. I have an issue with the Air con on the car blowing hot and not cold which they have already said they will sort out! So all good would recommend them, I've brought used cars before and usually you get the hard sell and normal sales ploys. Not this time just honest service and to be honest probably the best service I have had from a main dealer, for example they even went to the trouble of getting me a spare key (which the are under obligation to do so) Bravo DMC!

    last year I was sold a van, within twelve months ive spent over £2,000 fixing it. Sold with worn break pads, doors that wouldn't open, and recently had a turbo and filter system changed, all things that I felt would be under my warranty, non of them were, so what good was my warranty? I was told that before I purchased my van that it was serviced and as good as new, lies! when in the past they had it in with the hope they could solve issues under the warranty, they returned to me by saying I wasn't covered and given a ridiculous price which was nearly double of what I was quoted at several other smaller garages. My advice is to not make my mistake, avoid them, or really look at your car and your papers, and don't ask them to service your vehicle as they will try and rip you off
