  • Go elsewhere to buy a BMW

    As a customer of BMW for 10 years I strongly advise you not to purchase a car from Marshall’s BMW. They do not reflect BMW ethos or brand values and have suboptimal communication; lack financial transparency with returning deposits (15 days after completion) and also adding additional products into sales agreements; make promises they do not deliver; and lack an open and honest culture throughout the sales to delivery process. Whilst I recommend the BMW I drive, shop elsewhere to buy.

    Obviously this company does not want to sell cars. I made several phone calls requesting a video on a almost new X3. Person on phone polite enough but as she was the receptionist passed my request to the sales team which appears to have gone into a black hole. Very poor customer experience & as Im a cash buyer will take my money elsewhere..

    Paid £73,000 for a car, tried to get a first service and was put through to the service department where I was kept on hold for 8 minutes.....gave up and went elsewhere!
