    Fantastic experience. Called them with a list of questions I had as I have never bought a electric car, which they answered very patiently. Arranged my delivery and finance within 24hrs. Car was exactly as they said. Will definitely use again on my next purchase.

    Fantastic experience and would thoroughly recommend. Nothing was too much trouble - arranged to view the car out of hours and then (after I bought it) Luxe went above and beyond by delivering the car to me (because I was struggling to find a way to pick it up). All of the cars are immaculately presented and it was a change to have a no-pressure approach to the process. Actually had an enjoyable time buying the car - which is how it should be! Will definitely come and see Luxe next time I am in the market for another car!

    Located in Pool Bournemouth and I near Manchester meant I was keen to agree in principle for a px valuation before having to travel all the way just for a viewing. Luxe Motor Group made everything possible to drive home in a new car in a single morning's inspection. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable of the industry and very organised on the invoicing paperwork and DVLA notifications to help tax and retain a private reg., completely hassle free. There's no rush to do as much test driving as you require to get an initial feel for the car, as I experienced a willingness to quickly attend to any points raised. Warrantywise policies are on offer beyond their standard 3mths self cover. Their new showroom space is set to display some more of their range of top end and desirable performance cars, so I'd be happy to go distance to do business with them again, should they be stocking the next must have ride. Would give 5 stars when comfort and convenience of new sales office is ready.

    Son bought an X5 a month ago, it had a major issue the next day, thought it was the battery, had it tested and was okay along with the alternator. Discovered that the advert was pure fabrication and there was no Sat Nav, Multi CD player, radio etc. They said to bring it back for a full refund of £3995 which was the price paid including a p/x. At his request took it back 6 days after we had bought it, whilst travelling there, he phoned and said he may not be there, but to leave car, keys, etc along with our bank details and they would issue the refund a couple of days later. That was 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting, despite numerous promises from him by email that it would hit our account on such and such a day. Our son borrowed the money to buy another car because after having to borrow one for a week, he needed it for work. We are pensioners and can’t afford to lose this from our savings. The story continues but at the moment he is ignoring emails and blocking phone calls.
