Terrible after sales service
Absolutely awful after sales service. Warranty is useless as there are so many conditions attached. Do not trust this dealer. He has sold me a car with an oil leak he knew about and now won’t pay for repairs despite saying he would in writing. I’m so upset as he knew I had problems with a previous dealer. Real sweet talker too. Don’t be fooled
AutomarDealer replyI sold you the vehicle in good faith and it has no-fault I was aware of, I stand by what I say and what I do, the sale of that vehicle is legal and documented and it had your approval. GENUINE CLAIMS will never have any difficulties or complications dealing with myself or the warranty handler, all the claims must be verified and repaired by a VAT registered garage. ((Not my friend the mobile mechanic)) as you kept requesting.
