    Me and my wife located a 2009 Honda CR-V at Jj motors, the prices where great and all cars on site really well presented, the car was as described to us with full service history and a full mot, Eddy the sales man went out of his way to help us in any way he could both before sale and after sale. After owning the car a month now I can not pick fault with either the car or the dealership and will Deffinetly be returning for our next purchase, many thanks from charley

    Enquired about the Nissan Juke via telephone and was told it is in great condition. Travelled over an hour to see the vehicle only to learn it has several computer related issues, and the main one being the stop/start function. I should have been told about the issues present so to make a informed decision on whether the trip was worthy, but instead ended up wasting time and effort.

    We are sorry to hear you feel that you have had a bad experience with us, the stop/start issue was not something we were aware of until it appeared during your test drive and we have since been in touch with Nissan regarding the issue and as we suggested, they have confirmed this is down to the battery not having enough charge to power the function which is most probably due to the vehicle not being driven daily. As you know, we did offer you some solutions in that we were happy to have the issue looked at before you collect the vehicle or even allow you to take the car into your local Nissan dealer and have the cost of any repairs if needed, covered by ourselves.
