    Tried the rest now try the best

    Returned again to buy another car from here after buying 3 to 4 cars in the past for myself and other people on this occasion I could not attend to inspect the said vehicle my daughter was interested in due to ill health but without any hesitation I new I could put my trust in them to make sure she got a good deal and a good car and guess what that’s just what happened top marks again len and thanks for the discount and making sure we got a good deal

    not all it seemed

    awful!! bought a car in good faith, all seemed great however 2 weeks later limp home mode, blocked DPF filter diagnosed due to fault thermostat.. further diagnosis came back with faulty alternator, faulty DPF sensor.then fan modulator control unit faulty.fuse after fuse blew and eventually a power steering fault on the A1 deemed the car dangerous to drive.even though warranty supports many faults still a huge insignificance and addition cost to myself.total bill so far nearly £1000 cars been off the road 4 weeks of the 9 weeks that ive owned the car.the repairing garage ive gone to has been a life saver and a huge support. now selling the car at a huge loss. take your hard earned cash elsewhere..

    If you had all these faults why haven’t u contacted me u part exchanged a car with a faulty automatic gearbox which u weren’t honest about in fact u knew about the fault as the computer picked up that u had codes cleared as historic codes where logged al pass this on to my business solicitor as these remarks aren’t good for my business we shal speak soon

    Very poor customer service

    Enquired about a car, asking various questions about its condition. I was told, "If you're going to twist about it I don't think I want to even sell you it". Sufficed to say they lost a customer because of their attitude...

    Awful experience

    Horrendous experience ! 1 star is too much , customer care is no existent ....the purchase of our vehicle from this company is a massive lesson learned ....go to a reputable dealer save yourself some money !

    That’s fine for review we did everything possible to help your son not yourself as you didn’t purchase a vehicle warranty company approved the max claim which your son knew it was a maximum £500 claim on purchase of the vehicle the 2 problems you had would of been covered at a garage under the warranty maximum claim myself who spokes to you numbers of occasions helped to get approval of the warranty claim then u say it’s not enough and the customer service does exist a think it’s yourself not us thanks

    Second hand bmw

    Been a few weeks now since I bought a bmw 520ies from this company. Must say the vehicle presentation was first class. Thanks to both lennie for a good service. The bmw is going really well as it is 16yrs old I know that I may have problems with it. But this does not detract the service from this company tnank you to both lennies
