My experience at Ballyrobert Bangor could have been better because I was only given one key. When queried this I was told car had only came into the dealership with one key and car had been priced accordingly - this was the first I had heard of it! Spare key is going to cost £240 - poor service from Ballyrobert. I have bought my last 3 cars from them and my husband and son also buy from Ballyrobert but this experience has tainted my view of them and the service they offer.

I'd definitely recommend Ballyrobert Bangor to friends and family because the staff were very helpful and explained everything very clearly. Chris was the one dealing with me he was very friendly and professional he made sure any scratches on the car were gone for me picking it up. I’ll definitely go here again for my next car.
