Andy in SERE Belfast was absolutely lovely to deal with. I live 86 miles away and was up in Belfast with a few dealerships, hoping to buy a new car. Not fully sold on the cars I had seen in the dealerships, I found a Beetle newly advertised without any pictures, so Andy very kindly sent through a few photos and information about the car and managed to arrange an appointment for me to test drive it. Andy was so approachable and honest - I didn't feel pressured whatsoever. I decided to go for the gorgeous Beetle and Andy was available constantly throughout the process. He explained everything so well and the fabulous folk at SERE ensured the car was prepared to the highest standard. So many people have admired it and mistaken it for a brand new car!

I was happy with the service at SERE Belfast because Gabrielle was fantastic. This was my first time buying from a dealership and she made me feel so at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and was an outstanding sales person. I could not praise her enough and I will be sure to recommend to friends and family. She also was available via email at various stages and very responsive. I am really enjoying my new MG and would like to thank SERE and in particular Gabrielle for helping me choose the car of my dreams
