Wayyy too pushy
I found the sales person I was dealing with to be very aggressive, pushy and unhelpful.
DAMAGE TO CAR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Left car in for follow up work after a VERY RUSHED SERVICE a few days before. The service assistant kindly tried to make up by completing the previously missed inspection and valeted my car while completing work. Which was great until on closer inspection I have noticed not only have they DAMAGED THE PAINT by cleaning my car with something very rough but has also had a stone/ pebble stuck in the brush/sponge an has nice fresh SCRATCHES ON JUST ABOUT EVERY PANEL now nothing to serious and should be able to be buffed out other than 1-2 that may be a bit too deep. I’m sure with the resources they have it would cost them almost nothing to resolve but they have decided to completely deny any knowledge of course... even though I have only had the car 2 weeks, have photos of the car days before and independent witnesses that had the car less than 24hr before... Bringing your car to someone like Agnew VW you think you are doing the best you can for your vehicle thinking by paying premium price
