    Great customer care and welcoming attitude. They have really thought about the customer experience and have a relaxed professional style. Appreciated that there wasn’t the usual hard sell on extras with enough good information to go away and consider. Would recommend.

    Appalling service. I wanted comfort so i went to Land Rover direct. The car had swerl lines in the paint when delivered to me - The car has an electronical fault they have been unable to fix . Roger Young is dismissive and unprofessional . Aftersales is disgusting. I am still driving a faulty car 3 months later. There was also a form of mis-selling due to the ambient lighting promised.

    Many thanks for your feedback. Roger Young and Land Rover UK have dealt with your complaint. After collecting the vehicle and leaving a courtesy car in its place, it was returned to our workshop. After inspection, an electrical fault could not be found. Something that has been corroborated by your local Land Rover dealer. The vehicle was then re-polished removing the smears on the paintwork caused by excess polish and returned to you. As advised, the vehicle does have ambient lighting as standard for that model.     Despite buying the vehicle remotely the entire experience was excellent including the delivery to our home address. Most importantly After sales service - superb too!! Would not hesitate to recommend and will be buying future Range Rovers from them.
