    Faultless experience, brill customer service!

    From initial enquiry through to test drive, sale & handover and after sales care the whole experience was brilliant. We purchased a '15 plate Qashqai Tekna for a very good price. The whole process was easily managed and we were kept updated throughout- particularly with potential for Covid to make things tricky. I'd thoroughly recommend purchasing a used car from Roger Young for anyone thinking of buying. Thanks again!

    Lockdown Car Purchase

    This was the 2nd Evoque that I have purchased through Ross Jennings at Roger Young (Saltash) and I am equally delighted with the new car. A different experience this time due to Lockdown but non the less an equally enjoyable one. Ross was very helpful in guiding me to a suitable replacement car, once decided the whole process was very easy with Ross dealing with all the admin and the extras that I wanted fitted with minimum fuss. For me this was a very Covid safe (all rules strictly followed) transaction and I would not hesitate in recommending Ross and Roger Young.

    DISGUSTING AFTERSALES

    Appalling service. I wanted comfort so i went to Land Rover direct. The car had swerl lines in the paint when delivered to me - The car has an electronical fault they have been unable to fix . Roger Young is dismissive and unprofessional . Aftersales is disgusting. I am still driving a faulty car 3 months later. There was also a form of mis-selling due to the ambient lighting promised.

    Many thanks for your feedback. Roger Young and Land Rover UK have dealt with your complaint. After collecting the vehicle and leaving a courtesy car in its place, it was returned to our workshop. After inspection, an electrical fault could not be found. Something that has been corroborated by your local Land Rover dealer. The vehicle was then re-polished removing the smears on the paintwork caused by excess polish and returned to you. As advised, the vehicle does have ambient lighting as standard for that model. If we can be of any other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact Roger Young directly.
