Would You pay for this
My BMW car encountered a problem with the horn several months ago and I took it to a local garage where they advised the slip ring cluster assembly was the problem however it might be better to take it to the BMW dealer as they carried out all my servicing. I did so and advised them of the problem however they somehow ignored my advice on the slip ring cluster and decided to fit two horns instead. This cost me £200. I took the car in for a service this week and advised them that the horn was still the same (Only working intermittently) and they said they would investigate. Their conclusion was the slip ring cluster assembly was the problem however it would cost £570 pounds to repair. Now think about it and answer honestly. Would you pay for this?
Last year I was looking to purchase a used BMW. I visited the Sytner Swanse showroom twice and left my details and requirements with two different sales staff. Despite suitable vehicles becoming available I received no contact. Eventually I traveled to Swindon and bought a car from Dick Lovett. I know want the car serviced and have telephoned Sytner Swansea once and was promised a call back as all the staff were busy. I’ve also sent an email enquiry twice both had an auto response but still no contact. Obviously Sytner don’t want my business, sales or service so a trip to Swindon to a dealer that does care is coming up.
This was the first time I had dealt with Trainer BMW in Swansea, I must admit it was by far the best experience I've had whilst buying a used car. The whole team were very helpful and professional and kept me up to date through the whole process form the order to collecting my new car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and it was made very easy for me. Will definitely be returning to the dealer when I want a new car.
Had brilliant help from the sales team when choosing my car which made my experience at Trainers memorable. I will definately be coming back in the future! Already have recommended to family and friends.

Great customer experience from the minute I contacted Dealership by telephone right up until the point where I picked up my new BMW ....which was gleaming I may add, and a lovely BMW Umbrella to say thank you for our buisness. We were given lovely coffee during our visit. Nothing was a problem for the Sales Team and they were all very helpful. We look forward to changing our car in about 2 years time.
