Overall the experience I had at Douglas Park BMW Stirling was excellent. The staff were friendly and clearly knew their product well, they provided me with a range of offers and done all they could to help me find the right vehicle.
Great service, in depth knowledge & fantastic aftercare. Would highly recommend.
Top class service
Absolutely top class service from salesman Shaun More. Cannot recommend him enough!
A breath of fresh air.
After having a very mixed experience looking at Audi and Mercedes and at other BMW dealerships I found Douglas Park in Stirling to be a breath of fresh air. I was approached right away and although I was trading in an old Audi I was treated with enthusiasm. Great choice of cars and was offered the best deal of all the garages i visited.
After reflection this review is warranted!
Short version, Picked up my M3 and got 2 miles down the road and the tyre pressure warning light came on. The same light that was on when i test drove the car. After 2 weeks sitting in the drive 3 tyres had basically no pressure. Garage looked at the car to find 2 punctures in the rear then decided to carry out repairs which I did not want. I was told I would be looked after......being looked after cost me £300 on new tyres and they tried to keep the ones I got 2 miles out of. I only got 3 miles down the road with new tyres to find the warning light was on again. The garage could not even pump the tyres up correctly. Douglas Park Stirling should be avoided and think very carefully before you buy a car from them. I have shown one of the repairs to tyre fitters and they were shocked at a repair carried out within 1" of the outer radius of a tyre that has to deal with 450bhp. This is my last BMW and this review is warranted after deliberating it for a time. Be warned folks!
