    I asked for my new car to be brought closer to my home in Glasgow to save me a 35 mile drive but this was declined. I asked for information on the size of the boot and this was not provided. I was given incorrect financial information, I didn’t get to see my new car until all paperwork was complete etc. etc. There were more similar issues and the whole customer service experience was unfortunately a shambles.

  • No information offered on car features no delivery

    I purchased my second merc from ac in June 2020.,no information on the car was offered, no test drive,and no delivery of car although was told it wouldn't be a problem. A friend has same car so all in all not a problem fortunately. I have purchased all my cars from ac over a period of 20 years and expected better,a bit disappointed overall..

    Nicholas Crookston has been amazing from the very first conversation... Within 10-15 minutes he had sent me a personalised video of the car and gave me all the information I had asked for. He remained in touch throughout providing me regular updates and responding to my emails within a timely manner. I picked the car up from a local Click & Collect centre and was exactly as Nicholas had described... the one small repair job was completed and couldn't see any visible damage. The car was the cleanest I've seen a used car and the smell/cleanliness inside was amazing... I even contacted Nicholas about the products used by the valet team but sadly exclusive to Arnold Clark. Nicholas has continued to be supportive post-sales which is rare in a main dealer. Usually once you buy the car, dealerships forget about you. Would definitely buy from Arnold Clark Grangemouth Mercedes again and would be happy to deal with Nicholas.

    Please check your car thoroughly at pick up. I never noticed damage on the car until I got home. I reported it. It was implied that I caused the damage. Really poor attitude.
