You asked about prices of warranty and levels of cover, we replied that we would supply you a RAC Platinum warranty at the price stated in your review. We told you on a call that the wheels may have been refurbished and you might find some very minor wear to the red Recaro wing back sport seats. We also informed you due to the shape of the sport seats you would find wear. Every car we sell has a full 180 point inspection and HPI check. You confirmed you were happy with this and were happy to proceed with the sale. After the deposit was placed we arranged finance; sent you a full breakdown of vehicle and warranty cost. The Budweiser was from a customer who was very happy with their purchase. We feel your review is a very unfair of the way we run our well established and long-standing business.
