    1. The car wasn't ready when agreed. Had to wait three days. When we did eventually arrive to pick it up, it wasn't complete as agreed. Mud flaps not fitted. Had to wait another hour. 2. Inside was not cleaned. Previous owner's dirty tissue in back seat pocket along with a child's toy. Sand in the central storage compartment. Mud in boot area and rear of rear seats. Can't be bothered to take it back for these reasons. Sorted myself. Note. None of the above the fault of the Sales person (Abby). She was great, although clearly frustrated with point 1. above.

    Wessex Garages Nissan Bristol were fantastic because staff were professional and courteous at all times previously when looking for a vehicle and when purchasing my recent car. Even when I was negotiating the price package! The vehicle was brought over from Cardiff after we sourced it on the website. Brilliant service.
