    I bought a corsa from this garage it is in perfect condition at a great price I highly recommended this garage , I will recommend to all my friends.

    Bought a car with a 11 month MOT on it, 5 months later the car has been written off as not safe to drive. Don't recommend anyone goes to this garage, they are not to be trusted

    we are bit surprised with this review, as with all our cars we sell are fully hpi cleared and checked, so i raise my suspicions when a review tells me the car has been written off as we fully check all our cars on the hpi register before we sell them, this car was hpi clear when we sold this car.

  • Very poor experience with customer service

    Frustrating and expensive experience with this car dealer. When we bought our Suzuki the man we dealt with was nice, the car didn't have service history and he offered to have it MOTd and serviced by our mechanic and would refund us the money. We still have not received this. Within a month of getting the car the clutch broke. We had a warranty that covered clutch replacement. We took it to him on a Tuesday, he said it would be done by that Thursday. Thursday we were then told Friday, on Friday we were told Saturday, on Saturday our calls were avoided and then shouted at and hung up on. On Monday we were told condescendingly it would be Thursday. On Thursday we finally received the car with no paperwork from the mechanic, clearly dodgy. Ultimately if you have a problem with your car from here expect it to be a long and difficult process to have it fixed. Not worth your time

    we are dissapointed to recieve this review, when the customer contacted us regarding the clutch failure, we told the customer to bring the car in to us, and we would get the clutch done asap, customer asked us would it be ready for thursday and we said we would try as we use independent garage to get the work done, on thursday we got told by the mechanic that the clutch arm needed to be replaced, and could not get the parts over the weekend, the customer was told this, but customer was not happy about this, it was completely out of our hands, the car was ready for collection on thursday and customer was notified, and was collected on thursday, the customer still complained even after the work was done and asked for the invoice for the clutch, we supplied the customer invoice for the parts from kingswood auto parts, customer insisted invoice for the the labour, whic we did not have as get invoiced at the end of month, as for refund for mot, that is in process.

    I bought the car in August and we identified a fault at the time so Bell Hill Motors offered me a 3 months warranty. I had to return the car three times over the three months to fix the fault, but it has all been completed and the car now runs excellently. I am very happy with the service I received and the garage's helpful attitude.

    I have owned a lot of BMW’s and this one is the best all the experts you could think of and the leather interior is lovely satnav work perfectly will definitely come back when I upgrade again, Thank you for all your help KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!
