huge quantity of nice cars, mercedes, bmw, audi etc.no pushy sales people.I was left to browse at my leisure .purchased a mercedes c class.requested a few stone chip touchups which they dealt with .,full mot and a service .would recommend a visit .
Friendly customer service
Great customer service. However having just opened a new second show room it was a bit unorganised and nobody knew for sure where cars where. Was told a car was being brought from the other showroom for me to look at and waited about 15 minutes before I went to the other showroom myself and they had no intention of taking said car. When it came to collecting my car I purchased again there was confusion as to where the car was so I called to confirm which showroom to collect from. Got there. Car was at the other showroom and I waited an hour and a half for it to be ready for me to drive away.
Felt like a valid customer should
Apart from a 7 day wait for the alloy wheel to be refurbished after purchase I did not encounter any other problems,got a good honest deal,no pressure and I would definitely return for my next car
Lack of Customer Care and Attention
I have made repeated request for a copy of my Full Service £299 paid. The front tyres were reported Faulty on the car purchase day 14 July and you would replace them free of charge, It was agreed to replace them on Sun 21 July being my wife's first day off from work. Today I have been advised you cannot do the booking till Mon 22 July.
Decent showroom with decent prices.
Well presented car showroom and staff are attentive to answering questions. Unfortunately not all that was discussed or agreed occurred, such as smart valet of the car, and was made to feel awkward when he agreed part-exchange value was queried. Also made to wait 1.5hrs for the car to be handed over after I'd arrived at the agreed appointment time.
