Outstanding Customer Service & conduct - Top Draw!
We called in today with the intent of purchasing a Toyota Yaris which this excellent and professional dealership (N.B. Hyundai main dealer) had for sale. The vehicle had been taken in as part ex. for another model. From the moment I spoke to the sales team (12 hours earlier), I was impressed by their level of professionalism and conduct. Honest, courteous, patient, polite......not typical of the motor trade in my opinion, so a breath of fresh air. We don't live local to the dealership and had made a special journey of close to 100 miles (roundtrip), which I am glad we did. We observed other members of the public being treated as well as we were and we also were able to do the deal on the day, sodrove away the vehicle we had made the trip for - so very happy. Would return again and whilst our own experience was only on sales would highly recommend this dealership for its positive and courteous culture. Excellent!
Truely Awful Sales, Good Servicing
We went in there looking for a "nearly new" replacement for our i40. We gave NL our full list of requirements and timescales. All NL was interested in was selling us either a brand new vehicle, a forecourt model that was completely unsuitable (he didn't listen to what we were telling him) or the only used i40 that was on the forecourt that had a dead battery, no diesel and was in a worse condition than our i40 which was 4 years older. Despite knowing our timescales, we've not heard anything from NL in the last 6 weeks and have now got a better deal elsewhere.
