Excellent Customer Service
John was helpful, polite and professional. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the car before I bought it.
A nice cup of coffee....
I met Jad when I came to view a car I was interested in. After a test drive, I stated that I wanted to buy the car. He was genuinely interested in any issues I had with the car. He invited me outside to make sure everything worked on the car, going through all the electric equipment. And demonstrating that the doors and bodywork were in good condition. He had obviously tested the car previously and was confident there would be no problems with the car. Coffee was good too. The next day I came to buy the car and pay for it. I raised an issue with him about two front tyres with uneven tread. After some discussion we agreed on a small discount on the purchase price. What I really admired is that Jad was genuinely concerned that I was happy with purchasing the car. This demonstrates real integrity, because my experience of car dealers has been mostly negative. I would not hesitate to recommend him to other people, including friends and family. Thanks for the car Jad.
I called today 10.44 and was promised a video callback. Waited all day for a call. I called again to be told car was sold. Disgusting way to treat potential customers. Will not ever call again.

Hi Juneska. We contacted the phone number you called from multiple times, through voice call and video calls, to which we received no response. We understand your frustration, but we can not keep customers waiting for "potential" customers. We also told you if you needed the car, to leave a deposit to secure it; to which you declined.
